JOB DESCRIPTION -Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum. -Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. -Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities. -Assess, monitor, and evaluate students' academic progress. -Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and behavior. -Encourage discipline, creativity, and active participation among students. -Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and guardians. -Participate in school meetings, trainings, and extracurricular activities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS -Minimum of NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.), or an equivalent qualification. -At least 2 years of teaching experience.
