JOB DESCRIPTION -Oversee the planning and delivery of the Early Years curriculum. -Supervise and support Early Years teachers to ensure high-quality teaching. -Monitor children's learning, development, and overall well-being. -Develop age-appropriate learning programs and classroom activities. -Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety standards. -Coordinate staff training and professional development for the Early Years team. -Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians. -Monitor classroom standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY REQUIREMENTS -Minimum of B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.), or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. -At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
