KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide teaching support across different classes and year groups as assigned by school management. Cover lessons for teachers who are absent or unavailable. Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on the school’s curriculum and lesson plans. Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment. Support pupils with their learning, participation, and individual needs. Assist classroom teachers with learning activities, assessments, and classroom tasks. Supervise pupils during break periods, activities, transitions, and other school routines. Maintain accurate records of attendance, class activities, and pupils’ progress where required. Adapt quickly to different classrooms, teaching styles, and learning needs. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure continuity of learning. Promote good behaviour, discipline, safety, and respect among pupils. Perform other teaching and classroom-support duties as assigned by school management.
