JOB DESCRIPTION -Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. -Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives. -Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally. -Coordinate staff training, performance evaluations, and career development. -Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. -Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. -Advise management on human resource planning and organizational development. -Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
KEY REQUIREMENTS -Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. -At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
