CHILD MINDER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and monitor individuals, premises, or assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Maintain a safe, orderly, and secure environment at all times. Monitor visitors, staff, students, residents, or clients as required. Enforce organizational rules, policies, and safety procedures. Observe and report unusual activities, incidents, or security concerns. Assist with the supervision and welfare of assigned individuals. Respond promptly to emergencies and take appropriate action when necessary. Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities. Conduct routine checks of assigned areas and report any hazards or concerns. Communicate effectively with management, security personnel, and other staff. Assist in resolving minor conflicts and maintaining discipline where applicable. Ensure that assigned facilities, equipment, and property are properly cared for. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive situations. Perform other duties assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the organization.
