PRIMARY SCHOOL ENGLISH TEACHERS - 2

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and deliver engaging English Language lessons based on the approved curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and classroom activities. Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Develop students’ reading comprehension, writing, communication, and critical-thinking abilities. Teach correct spelling, pronunciation, sentence construction, and use of language. Encourage students to read widely and develop a strong interest in literature and language. Use stories, discussions, debates, role-play, and other activities to improve communication skills. Set and assess classwork, assignments, tests, projects, and examinations. Monitor students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback. Identify students who require additional support and provide appropriate assistance. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, assessments, and students’ progress.
