PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS - 2

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and deliver engaging lessons appropriate for primary school pupils. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and classroom activities. Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Basic Science, and Social Studies. Use age-appropriate teaching methods to support different learning abilities. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. Assess pupils’ academic progress through tests, assignments, classwork, and observations. Provide constructive feedback and additional support to pupils who need it. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, assessments, and pupils’ progress. Manage classroom behaviour and promote discipline, respect, and good values. Encourage pupils to participate actively in learning and extracurricular activities. Identify pupils’ individual strengths, learning needs, and areas requiring improvement.
