KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons based on the approved curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and classroom activities. Teach core subjects effectively and encourage active participation. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain discipline. Assess pupils’ learning through tests, assignments, classwork, and observation. Monitor and record pupils’ academic progress and attendance. Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support. Provide constructive feedback to pupils to improve their learning. Encourage good values, confidence, teamwork, creativity, and positive behaviour. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about pupils’ progress and welfare. Support pupils’ social, emotional, moral, and personal development.
