KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate rice milling machines and equipment to process paddy rice into finished rice products. Clean, sort, and prepare paddy rice before processing. Monitor milling operations to ensure efficient production and consistent rice quality. Operate equipment for dehusking, polishing, grading, and separating rice grains. Inspect processed rice to ensure it meets quality standards. Identify and report machine faults and processing irregularities. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of milling equipment. Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of processed rice. Monitor production output and minimize grain breakage and wastage. Maintain accurate records of production quantities, machine performance, and raw materials used. Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and food-processing standards.
