SECURITY OFFICER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Protect lives, property, and company assets from theft, damage, and unauthorized access. - Monitor and control entry and exit points for staff, visitors, and vehicles. - Conduct routine patrols of the premises to identify and prevent security threats. - Verify visitors’ identities and maintain accurate entry and exit records. - Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security equipment where available. - Enforce workplace security rules, regulations, and access control procedures. - Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities. - Report security breaches, accidents, and unusual occurrences to management. - Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and visitors’ registers. - Ensure gates, doors, windows, and restricted areas are properly secured.
