JOB DESCRIPTION
-Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum. -Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student development. -Assess, monitor, and evaluate students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback. -Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and behavior. -Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom activities. -Encourage discipline, creativity, and active participation among students. -Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and guardians. -Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities as required.
