KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the approved curriculum. Create lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments. Teach and explain subject concepts clearly using appropriate teaching methods. Assess students’ learning, progress, and academic performance. Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students who need it. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance. Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment. Encourage students to participate actively in classroom activities. Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Promote discipline, respect, teamwork, and positive values among students. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding students’ progress and welfare. Participate in staff meetings, school activities, training, and professional development. Supervise students during school activities, excursions, examinations, and other assigned duties. Use digital tools and educational technology to enhance teaching and learning.
