12 months of world-class software engineering training, connecting Enugu youths to high-paying global remote jobs and careers in tech.
The Enugu Turing Tech Training Programme (ETTP) is a flagship digital talent initiative of theEnugu State Government, delivered through the Enugu SME Center / Office of Digital Economy in partnership with Turing Tech LLC. ETTP is designed to transform Ndi-Enugu youths into globally competitive software engineers, equipped with in-demand Full-Stack Development skills and directly connected to international remote job opportunitles The programme runs over 12 months of intensive, world-class technical training, followed by structured job placement support into verified global companies. Graduates work remotely from Enugu while earning in foreign currency, contributing to household income growth, talent retention, and the State's digital export economy.
ETTP forms a core part of Enugu Talent City- The State's Outsourcing and Digital Jobs Strategy, positioning the State as a leading hub for global tech talent and demonstrating a sustainable pathway from skills acquisition to high-value employment.
