Enugu SME–Learnable Training Programme

The Enugu SME learnable program is a flagship digital skills development initiative of the Enugu State Government through the Enugu SME Center. It is designed to equip youths, beginners, and job seekers with industry-relevant skills in Web3, full-stack software development, and remote work readiness, enabling them to thrive in a global digital economy. Structured into three progressive levels-Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced-the program ensures a seamless learning journey. At the Beginner level, participants build foundational digital literacy, learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and are introduced to blockchain and Web3 concepts. The Intermediate level expands to full-stack development and deeper Web3 integration, while the Advanced level prepares participants for freelancing, job placement, or launching their own ventures. Delivered using a hands-on, project-based approach, participants complete capstone projects and receive certificates upon graduation. The program also leverages partnerships with remote-first tech companies and industry professionals for mentorship and job-readiness. Learnable has become a key pipeline for Enugu's youth to access global employment, especially in the future-of-work economy
