Delivered in collaboration with leading industry professionals and studios, the program offers intensive training in 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), and character design, using industry-standard tools such as Blender, Adobe After Effects, and Toon Boom. production pipeline-from concept development to final rendering-while working on real-world projects and building professional portfolios. This program empowers Enugu youth to tap into the fast-growing global animation and digital content market. It also builds a pipeline of skilled talent for local studios and positions Enugu as an emerging hub for creative technology and outsourcing services in Nigeria.

On October 14, 2023, the Enugu SME Center, in strategic partnership with AltSchool Africa, hosted a landmark edition of the Enugu Skill Acquisition Masterclass (ESAM Plus) at the prestigious Amadeo Event Centre - an event that firmly positioned Enugu as a rising nucleus for digital talent development in Nigeria. This extraordinary gathering brought together a vibrant mix of tech enthusiasts, forward-thinking undergraduates, and visionary business leaders united by a common goal: to decode the future of software development and unlock new pathways to sustainable, high-impact careers in technology. The masterclass delivered hands-on exposure to in-demand software skills, real-world industry insights, and career acceleration strategies in line with global trends.
