A statewide platform helping student entrepreneurs turn ideas into market-ready startups through mentorship and investor engagement.
The Enugu Campus Hackathon is a flagship, state-backed innovation and venture development platform designed to identify, structure, and accelerate high-potential technology founders from tertiary institutions across Enugu State. More than a competition, it is a strategic intervention within the State's economic transformation agenda, addressing the gap between row talent and investable ventures by providing a structured pipeline that moves ideas from validation to venture formation and ultimately to capital readiness.
From Awareness to Acceleration: The Venture Journey
The program progressed through a structured, multi-stage pipeline beginning with statewide information sessions to drive awareness and shift mindsets from theory to venture creation. This was followed by competitive campus innovation rounds where student teams pitched early-stage solutions across key sectors, leading to the selection of high-potential teams. These teams advanced to an intensive bootcamp focused on execution, product validation, and investor readiness, culminating in a Grand Finale where they presented investor-ready ventures evaluated on scalability, execution, and real-world impact.
