The D-SEZ initiative is a strategic infrastructure project focused on establishing, upgrading, and expanding ICT facilities across Enugu State to support digital transformation.
It involves renovating ICT centers in educational institutions, developing standalone digital hubs, and integrating private sector tech facilities into a unified network.
These centers are equipped with modern computers, high-speed internet, interactive learning tools, and advanced security systems to create world-class digital environments.
To ensure sustainability, the project incorporates renewable energy solutions, backup power systems, and reliable networking infrastructure.
The D-SEZs will serve as innovation hubs, technology incubation centers, and workforce development spaces, driving digital inclusion across urban and rural communities. By investing in robust digital infrastructure, Enugu State is positioning itself as a leader in Nigeria's tech-driven economy
