A flagship 1.7-hectare ecosystem designed to support 1,000+ startups annually and catalyse investment and venture creation.
The Enugu Tech Hub (Norsken Concept) is a groundbreaking public-private partnership between the Enugu State Government (ENSG) and APS Capital Limited, inspired by the globally renowned Norrsken Kigali model. Strategically located on a 1.7-hectare site at the former Print House, the hub aims to position Enugu as a leading technology and innovation destination in Africa.
The project will serve as a state-of-the-art co-working, incubation, and innovation facility focused on startups and solutions in FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, AgriTech, ClimateTech, and Al/Deep Tech. It will support over 1,000 entrepreneurs annually, attract international investment, and serve as a launchpad for high-impact African startups.
ENSG will fund the capital development and first 12 months of operations, while APS Capital will manage the hub, raise $3 million in additional investment, and drive long-term sustainability. The hub is designed to be self- sufficient within its first year, becoming a beacon of digital transformation, iob creation. and inclusive innovation across Nigeria and beyond.
