The Enugu SME-Learnable Training (ESLT) Program is a comprehensive six (6) months Virtual Training Program  on Web 3 & Product Design structured under the Human Capital Development Loan (HCDL) Scheme which is an innovative loan program that is intended SOLELY to provide training to Ndi-Enugu on technical and non-technical capacities in partnership with private sector firm called “Genesys Tech Hub”  (https://learnable.genesystechhub.com/) and Capitis Global Ventures Limited.


The ESLT Program is a product development and leadership training program for young people that are interested in building a career in the web 3 and product development industry. The program is designed to equip entry-level techies with the skills required for a successful career in technology. The program covers specifically Product design and Web 3. It also focuses on helping participants acquire soft skills such as effective communication, research, marketing, etc.

Trainings will be delivered via Genesys Tech Hub Learning Management System (LMS) and Virtual (online) sessions on Zoom/Google Meet with program facilitators.  There will be the use of a Virtual Community Workspace (Discord) for interactive sessions to meet the assigned coursework, assignments, projects, videos provided as part of the curriculum and assessment.

The cost of the training program has been highly subsidized to N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira Only)

If needed, the Enugu SME Center would be providing HCDL of N20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira Only) to the successful participants under the Enugu SME-Learnable Program that require a loan to participate in the program.

Beneficiaries that take the loan are expected to repay back in four (4) months (from the commencement of the training).

This amounts to only N5,000 (Five Thousand Naira Only) which amount N1,250 (One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Naira Only) a week. Price of beer or one (1) Sharwarma.

Applicants would go through a two (2) phased assessment system. The First Assessment would be through a scoring model on the Application Form. Applicants that pass this Stage are then given a second phase test. Applicants that pass this Assessment would be on-boarded into the ESLT Program.

Yes, having a LAPTOP IS MANDATORY to participate in the Program

The top ten (10) students from the ESLT program will qualify for the internship program. This will be determined based on attendance, assessments, projects and measures put in place by Genesys Tech Hub as part of the Overall Program Assessment Scoring.

Both training program are modular programs that can take anyone from a novice capacity to a professional capacity. Remember the content on LMS WILL ALWAYS be with you for continuous learning.

Yes. Your participation would be monitored by Genesys Tech Hub and Enugu SME Center, any repeated complaints or non-adherence to the “Rules and Regulations” of the Program would lead to you defaulting on the loan and the Agency calling on the collateral (cheque)

Successful Applicants that meet the detailed Assessment Process can access the Enugu Human Capital Development Loan which is a ZERO INTEREST loan geared towards skill acquisition for Enugu Youths.

The successful applicants would be mandated to bring the following:

• One (1) Nationally Recognized Identification (either Drivers License, National Passport, Voters Card) of the Applicant and Three(3) passport photograph
• One (1) Guarantor that would bring the following:

• One (1) Nationally Recognized Identification (either Driver’s License, National Passport, Voters Card) of the Guarantor and two(2) passport photographs
• Undated Cheque from CBN recognized Commercial Bank

Once paid, kindly send the Payment Teller” to info@enugusme.ng with your “(Full Name)- ESLT Applicant Paying Directly as the Email Title. You can also come to the Agency to bring a copy of the Payment Teller

This is the least invasive collateral instrument for a loan acceptable by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

YES. The Program is flexible enough for everyone

If you have successfully passed the rigorous selection phase and chosen for the first cohort and you drop out of the program, it would have been determined you have DEFAULTED on the Training Program and the default terms would kick in as detailed in the Offer Letter as you are still MANDATED to repay your loan facility (if you accessed the Loan) by law. If you paid up-front, you shall NOT get a refund.

The top 10 students will be provided with a paid internship opportunity.
