The Enugu Fashion & Garment Hub is a world-class vocational and production center designed to transform young talents into skilled garment makers, fashion designers, and industry-ready professionals. This program combines hands-on industrial training with real production experience, ensuring participants leave with market-ready skills, certification, and industry connections.

Enugu youths aged 18–35 years, passionate about fashion, with or without prior experience.

12 weeks (3 months), Monday–Saturday.
▪ Morning Batch: 100 trainees
▪ Afternoon Batch: 100 trainees

Each batch trains 3 days/week, ensuring equipment access for all participants.

₦50,000 for the full program (subsidized by the State Government).

i. Full payment: ₦50,000 before program start
ii. Installment: ₦25,000 upfront + ₦25,000 in 6 Weeks
▪ Human Capital Development Loan (HCDL): 0% interest loan via Enugu SME Center
The instalment payment option allows the participant (you) to make a first deposit of
N25,000 out of the of N50,000. Then you’re allowed to pay the remaining balance of
N25,000 within the two months of training.
NOTE: For this option participant (you) are mandated to provide a guarantor
who provides an undated current account cheque of (N25,000) from any
commercial bank. This acts as a collateral should the participants fail to complete
their training fee backed by The Central Bank of Nigeria, we will cash in the
Guarantors cheque.

The guarantor cheque is required as collateral, ensuring loan security without using significant personal assets. It complies with Central Bank of Nigeria guidelines.

Fashion design fundamentals, fabric knowledge, pattern making, sewing techniques, production management, quality control, and a final capstone project.

Yes – accredited by the Enugu State Ministry of Education (TVET Board) and National Skills Qualification Board, recognized nationwide.

Graduates get access to job placement opportunities, use of the hub’s machines at subsidized rates, business advisory, and connections to garment production contracts.
